Pole workout.
So since I got my pole nearly two weeks ago I haven’t noticed myself getting better at any tricks but I’m better at pulling myself out of the trick. Like normally I would do the trick, hold it feel awesome and then ungracefully drop out of it, now I actually pull myself up and out of it nicely, looks a lot nicer and works the muscles more!
My biceps are sore, time to stretch.
